Lawn Care:


  • Summer Months: April 1 to September 21 – once a week
  • Winter Months: October 1 to March 31 – every other week


Trash Day Information

Trash should be placed at curbside no earlier than 7:00pm the night before pickup. Cans should be removed from the curb once it is emptied on the same day as pickup.

Bulk Trash Information

Residents should call Moore Services at 915-490-5860 or 915-592-5558. Bulk trash consists of large items that exceed the capability of the trash collector such as old furniture, appliances, and yard waste. Bulk trash should be placed curbside at the designated time and given date by Moore Services office when the appointment is made.

Recycling Information

Recyclables can be dropped off at the Ft. Bliss Recycling Center Bldg 1336 Marshall at the corner of Marshall and Cassidy Roads behind the AAFES Shoppette. It is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day; closed for inclement weather. For more information, call 915-568-1537 or 915-568-6384.

Recycling Materials Accepted All in One Bin:

  • Paper
  • Cardboard (flattened)
  • Shredded paper tied in clear plastic bags
  • Plastic bottles & jugs
  • Aluminum & tin cans

Additional Material Accepted at Recycling Center:

  • Electronics
  • Ink & toner cartridges

Move-In Cardboard (flatten) can be put in the blue dumpsters and/or the large green roll off at the Ft. Bliss Recycling Center Bldg 1336 Marshall at the corner of Marshall and Cassidy Roads behind the AAFES Shoppette. 

Remove personal items and trash. Place packing paper into one box. Flatten all other boxes. For more information regarding recycling policies, please contact your local community center.

Lawn Care Information

Lawn services will be completed at all houses with the exception of fenced-in yards and at the homes of residents who have opted to mow their own yards as displayed by the orange sticker on the front/back window. Be sure to remove any items from your lawn including: garden hoses, lawn furniture, and toys on the scheduled day of service in order for the landscapers to properly care for your lawn.
